Which would be a better SA on advanced equipment for a guard. Shock Block or Cut Block?

Like I said in the other thread, Cut Block would be my preferred choice.
You could get it really high, without the need to plough loads of points into "Hands"

Yeah, I think I'm going to go with the Cut Block. It looks the better of the two choices but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something with Shock Block.
