I think around here Willow Creek was the best example of just going flat as they were trying to catch up to Medicine Hat, even joker mentioned he felt it was an issue even though the other guy (forget his name) said otherwise. It back-fired and ended up costing them position in the playoffs and a first round loss to Hambones.
joker could never be convinced of anything so it must matter...I've personally never jacked with it during mid-season.

I've found around the 4th or 5th game you better have your roster set or things will blow up in your face.

So how will it affect a gutted CanBBB Promote? We'll find out in a few hours.

If I was a betting man I'd say that Montreal's performance will get better over the season but I would guess they'll be seeing some misreads, ins instead of outs, maybe miscomm in the secondary at least early on. Maybe two LBs humping one another before a play.

But since we all suck and our opinions are trash and not worth the electrons they're written with...then Team Chemistry doesn't matter crap.

From your closet called CanBBB, you had your buddies lined up to sign up when you got your team assigned and because you banked on matchup to win your games you had to do little or no GP, not that you can't, I wouldn't know, but when your average win is by 25-30 points what would team chemistry mean to you...you didn't have to have it to bust the chops of a team that was GP'ing in hopes to play a half with your team.

Face it, the weighting of team chemistry was worthless to you last year. Bort's already served notice to teams like yours...if you're banking on the matchup score of your starters, it's going to be a long season.
And besides since we get to play you first, your postulation will get it's first test.

You didn't do any research on me did you? If you did you would know that i'm probably the least involved gm on Roc's team. Its his and i'm there to support him and provide advice to him not to recruit or gameplan for him.

My closet of Canada BBB? I maybe posted one or two threads in the BBB forum, one of which was 'I farted.' Again, it was Roc who recruited brilliantly. Hate him all you want, you cannot possibly say he didn't do a fantastic job recruiting. And i can 100% promise you that Roc is not banking on levels. He knows as well as everyone should that matchup bars do not matter; he is taking you guys extremely seriously as he should, you have a solid team that should not be overlooked.

Last season i had a team in Oceania A that took up most of my time on this game. We did well considering our poor season the year previous; making the playoffs at 10-6. I got transferred into Canada A3 East for this season.

I like to think i gameplan fairly well, i guess this season will be the definitive answer on that.

And again, if you had indeed read the thread and the rest of my posts you would know that i was the GM and DC for a usa AAA team for several seasons. I have been on teams with perfect chemistry and horrible chemistry so its not like i'm throwing out a totally biased opinion with nothing to support it. I've been around the block a few times.

A team with 20 chemistry beat us last year in overtime iirc. It has been my experience that chemistry does not have a changing effect in games.

I'm still trying to figure out where i attacked anyone in this thread?? So why the hostility?

Would you rather be a team full of Level 20's and an overall of 42 with a perfect chemistry or a team full of 30+ and with an overall of 51 with a crappy chemistry?

Kinda Obvious to me, Even read the wiki. It has a less than 5% Effect.

Hostility? Well, maybe that's the new age term for a bit of contradiction...hostility is when my brother used to threaten me with BB guns and tree limbs. This? good humor my man.
