East:
1) Lone Star--Will absolutely dominate this division
2) Flint Tropics--If they continued to improve, they'll be as good as Revelstoke, but in a easier conference
3) Ballina Big Prawns--A notch below the top two, but in an easy conference, they might even have a better record than Cold Lake or Revelstoke
4) Halifax--Lack of recruiting hurt. Their not really elite in any area, which means they can be beaten
5) Iqaluit--Surprise here, but they've been borderline for a while. Now with an easy conference, they look better

It's possible. No disrespect to the new teams, I didn't take a look at them. Just going off my prior knowledge.

Thanks uenvy. =) Being a Carolina fan, I hate the Saints...although I do respect them now that they actually have a good coach. I didn't respect Haslett or Aaron Brooks, ever. Brees is a stand up guy too, did a bunch for the community; gotta respect that. I guess I'm really left just hating Shockey now...he's the only real punk on their team.
