Hey guys, apparently I am not a very good recruiter, but I gave a good effort. Now for the good of the players on my team I am selling it.

Not sure whats going to happen, but I have not gutted the team money wise. I have offered all the current players that have longer than 1 year left a 1 year deal so they wont be screwed over by whoever takes the team.

A few of my personal players will become FAs when the season begins, and will be looking to resign with someone.

Yeah as a former owner, sorry to hear that. As much as recruiting can suck and all the drama...It can really be an enjoyable experience with the right group of guys.

As for the team when you sell it the players are automatically given contracts ending on day 40 and can get offers from other teams. Kinda like the d leagues. It was one of Bort's solutions to end gutting.

As an owner myself, I certainly know how hard that is. I hate to see a good competitor go, but I can certainly understand. I wish you the best of luck with GLB, and keep in touch.

Thanks for the replies. I know I wasnt a super active owner on the boards, but thats mainly because of duties trying to keep the team afloat. I am a much more active Agent, so I would hope all or most of my guys can find a home here in OAA4.
