LT is no longer the owner of the famed franchise. The team has been purchased by a consortium of investors, each of whom have been linked directly to LT in previous weeks:
Clay Aiken, Sir Elton John, (Actor) Neil Patrick Harris, (Olympic Swimmer) Greg Louganis, and Singer George Michael are each reported to be part of the new ownership. When asked for comment, Aiken responded "we all share a commmon bond with the Real LT, a real passion for one area of life, besides football. WE look forward to success.
