- no trade clause
- max or near max XP per game
- 4-3 exclusive defense, ZERO 3-4 plays in the AI
- money is unimportant, cover intense training and my l.24 equipment upgrade is sufficient
- league is unimportant
- team prestige is unimportant (can be 0-16 for all I care)

Your interpretation is false, Tempest. But that's okay. If what I'm looking for makes me seem like a "cancer", you obviously are too judgmental for your own good.

All I'm asking for are my reps by not playing on a team that runs the 3-4 since my player is a natural DT and the ability to not be traded. Wow, my demands are tough. I can't imagine anyone else ever asking for more than that.

you want no 3-4 plays so your not a team player and willing to be unselfish, you want near max xp... a 1 year deal and no trade clause. yet team and money isn't important... I guess your chasing stats.

Who are you to tell a team that they can't have any 3-4 plays in their AI? Sorry but that alone tells me you're not worth the time or effort to recruit.
