Thanks for all the replies. In the end, I have decided to distribute the 16 SP I will have in this way, assuming my numbers are correct for boosting SAs:
1) Blocking +1 : 4 SP
2) Pass Block SA +2 : 5 SP (?)
3) Run Block SA +2 : 5 SP (?)
4) Vision +2 : 2 SP
Next season, I am training Speed/Agility. I will save up enough SP (~20) from the level ups to double-cap Agility at the end of next season (unless I change my mind!). Any spare SP (~10) will be spent in Foundation, Get Low and Cut Block.
