During a press conference this morning, owner of The Revenge, SofaKing spoke about the teams promotions this week.
"To say Thank You to all the fans that have supported us through these tough seasons, we are offering $1 HotDogs and $1 Beer for the Liberty game", said the coach.
He continued "This team has been through alot and the fans have stuck with us through the roller coaster ride of new ownership. This is the best way of giving back!"
The game against Liberty City will decide the fate of the Revenge to see if they can make the playoffs for the first time in team history. The team has struggled and actually folded back in season 3, when Sofaking came on board.
The team had 1 win and had only scored 4 touchdowns all year. That seems like a lifetime ago as the team now has a chance at making the playoffs.
So fans will be out in force for the game, tickets have all sold out. Also on the books are pregame festivities such as the Hotdog eating contest, and the attempt at a world record for the longest hotdog. The current record is 63m, the attempt during the pregame will be 100yards.
