Best financial situation + best play above team ratings? Can't really rate individuals because you don't know who does what behind the scenes

I view it as a combination of win/loss success, financial success (stadium & reasonable contracts), number of users on the team (the more the better, because it's harder to manage 30+ guys than 2-5), perceived inactivity of the team, and overall forum activity. This used to be owner, but I've always just posted the team because in some cases I've never heard from the owners yet the GMs are very active.
