is this guy worth keeping is he bad-average-Good

Beginning players need to learn to saty away from SA's until they have a good base of a player built. You'd be close if you hadn't wasted all those points on SA's.

You also spread your points around significantly. You primary abilities are strength, blocking, agility, and stamina. You should have worked strength, blocking, and agilitity, each up to the 2nd cap (60) before working on anything else. This would have allowed you to take advantage of level-ups, where the same amount of points go into the skill regardless of the skills current value, thus giving you two or three times their value.

If you concentrate all of your points going forward into strength, blocking, and agility you will have a decent tackle going forward. This tackle likely won't be among the absolute best but would still be better built than most.

But right now its just a decent but salvageable build. Retirement is an option if you want to start over. Or just create a new one, and keep this one going and see how thing work out.
