I just thought I would let my peers know that I think the final game of the season is bullshit. When 1 game can make such a huge difference in playoffs seeds, we continue to get the toughest matchups.

Last season we played the #1 team in Alpha. At the time it just seems like a tough draw, so no big deal, and we actually pulled out a 1 point victory. Now again this season, we have drawn another top team from Alpha in our final game. What pisses me off though, is that of the top 5 teams in the Zeta conference, the Wife Carriers are the only ones to have to play a team with a winning record. Seem Fair? Now we will have a big challenge to save our playoff seed position in the final game, while the other top teams in Zeta get a team from the bottom half of Alpha.

Sorry for the Rant. But its bullshit.

How is it decided who plays who?Is it random or based on previous season's standings?

Perhaps Cade/C37 can lend you some meds.

Never once said anybody is out to get me. I never once suggested it was anything but a random draw. I would appreciate it if you did not put words into my mouth. Thank You.

My rant was that the system sucks. Luck of the draw could potentially change the playoff picture. I just don't agree with that. I like that everybody plays the same teams for 15 games so that their is no strength of schedule issues. The 16th game kinda ruins that.

It's arbitrary and allows for some randomness in scheduling. Every other football league plays atleast 3 teams outside of their division or region. So it's not that big of a deal.

Agree the system sucks. i had a team I'm a big part of in USA BBB get the playoff shaft last year because they lost to one of the top teams in the league in week one who subsequently gutted after the game. They beat the seventh and eighth teams but lost out because they drew the top team in the other conference in the last week, just like you guys have done. I can certainly understand your ire. I wish you luck in your last game and pull out all the tricks you can. I'd hate to see your seeding suffer over something as uncontrollable and unfair as that.

Our you could just boost before you play that last game, Since they already boosted you might come out on top
