Really hurts to lose a game like that esp on a turnover...but I am just fed up with this Offensive AI- doesn't make any sense sometimes. Certainly not making any excuses but anyone want to explain why these two things happened:
We are up 3-0 or either it was tied 0-0:
9:27 3rd & 0.5 OPP 7.5 Astro Creep rush up the middle (no gain) [diving tackle: Garland Greene]
8:41 4th & 0.5 OPP 7.5 Joey Kane pass to Clark Ironhead over the middle (0.5 yd loss) (turnover on downs) [tackle: Business Time]
Why the hell didn't it kick a FG or at LEAST run the ball up the gut- a f*cking shuffle pass to the FB up the middle?!?
Down 7-3 after an interception returned for a TD with 6:39 left in the game, and what play does it run on 3rd and long?
6:39 3rd & 12 OWN 22.5 SC Shrpshtr pitch to Astro Creep to the left (2.5 yd gain) [tackle: Reggie Freakin Nelson]
Hmm. That makes no sense.
Ah crap, what can ya do- again, good luck and hopefully we will see each other again in the playoffs because that loss leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
