we have no idea because of the new rules. It is possible that Alpha could lose up to 4 teams down I think. That doesn't even mention how many might have to go up.

no clue, most of zetas team are pretty competitive, so it doesn't look like any more then the 2 that go anyways will be leaving from our side.

Have you looked up though? If there are quite a few Zeta teams in AAA you have a few more move up than expected.

nfratimi (sp?) said there were about 6 cupcake teams in the AAA2 zeta conference....so we should have 3 teams move up from here and 3 from AA3

I just glanced and I am not sure there are but one or two in Alpha. There are some bad teams but I wouldn't call them cupcakes. I see only one moving up but probably 3-4 moving down. Our league is very much a have and have not which can even been seen by the records already.

Heck even with our team taking a step back we may have a shot at the playoffs and we were much better last year. This league lost a lot of talent from last season to this season.

well tetris will finish 4-12 for the third season running in all liklehood, hopefully that should keep us up!

Yeah I wasn't as aggressive last off season in grabbing talent, If my guys are loyal I'm sticking with what I got. I got burned last season with a receiver and SS who said they would resign with me if I made the playoffs but he ended up being a jerk. Then I lost JR Mc Clinton our HB which has hurt us.

thats what happens when the best teams move up and get replaced by a team that had a level cap (or were gutted)

I think 2 from both Alpha and Zeta move up maybe 3 each depending on if some of the weaker AAA teams asked to be relegated (I would if I were them). Have you noticed Gobi Desert is 8-0 in their conference and look to be back up for their beatings again next season? And they haven't added talent.The teams that get promoted from A I feel bad for them because they go from hero to goat immediately.

So if all goes as planned Lost City , Winona, and Macau all will go AAA out of Alpha

To an extent but we have had more than that. What really hurt is that the team that came down was very bad and we had two existing teams gut and now a third team retire. It has really made this conference about a 9-10 team conference.

The year before when the PP Warriors came down they were not as bad as the team we got this year. It may be bad luck but Alpha took a major hit this past year.

zeta, looks strong

PP Wariors when they came down were stacked could of won it but chem was like 10. They worried me at first.

exactly. Last we had a very strong league. This year we have several teams that could go down and several that probably belong up. We don't have much in the middle that could do either.

Yeah in seasons past to move from AAA is like getting out of the pan and into the fire here in Alpha.Still no cakewalk but getting an easy 5-6 wins for just trying.I think next season Jakarta and Killen should improve to the point to where we will have to game plan to beat them. They could possibly make the playoffs next season.And that will be good for the league.
