Manitoba & Portsmouth just went CPU owned today. It was a matter of time for Manitoba but kinda surprised by Portsmouth, they aren't gutted just CPU'd for now, man new owner will have a matter of hours to game plan for us. Hope we get some competitive owners.

Not too surprised by Portsmouth, tbh. I've seen multiple times that the team is inactive.

But you are forgetting the new rule for teams sold in the middle of the season:
