I'm tired of my OT just standing there while a DE with 90 speed and 80 agility just runs around him. My OT has agility and speed soft-capped and if he even gets a hand on him, they guy should be stopped. How high do we need our speed and agility? anything else we can do?

I read a snippit that running the ball early will help. On running plays he won't be pass rushing, so you get your big paws on him and since he is sure to be lacking in str, you get chances to pancake him. He cries to his mommy, gets all sad, and then when you start passing he is still sucking his thumb in the corner instead of rushing around it.

spd de have lots of agility and it makes up for the lack of str hence, we dont get pancaked much

Skip the pancake part. The morale-lowering effect is less for "getting overpowered (without pancake)", but recognizable.
One thing to add: in order to get this morale-lowering thing to work, you better have some success on the rush plays and prevent them from scoring.
