Birmingham is on a roll, Italian was until they stumbled today vs Dublin.
Edinburgh has righted the ship and is showing that they're playoff caliber

I'm going to ask Bort to change our name to the Dublin Rodney Dangerfields.

Hah. You guys had our respect all along. We planned like crazy for you, just got beat on both sides of the ball. Hell of a game, best of luck the rest of the way.

Best of luck to you guys as well. We started sweating this one before our game against Birmingham. Man, what a killer stretch! Birmingham-Dallas-Italian-Edinburgh. This conference is insane!

West Country found out about Bonn Defense today. Who's next? I hear this EuroTrash game is a big one.

I'm new to the rivalry but plan on making life a living hell for the Euro offense.

This TO shit is getting old. Way too many in the games, it is to the point where it isn't even realistic. Taking the fun out of the games!

You mean you don't see a guaranteed fumbled punt and a 50% chance of one being a touchdown every NFL game you watch?

In the NFL if a guy fumbles the ball 5 times in a season he'll find himself out of job. In GLB if a guy fumbles the ball 5 times in a season he's got the surest hands in the league.

It's pretty damn annoying. Turnovers are the one thing the world's best gameplan can't overcome, and especially when they happen at such a high rate.

I didn't think I was the only person that felt this way . It helped us against the Stags and hurt us against the Gamers. Either way, things should be fixed or put back to the way they were. It's too Over the Top, IMO.

Bort can't figure out what constitutes a reasonable level of performance for any given level.

So when lvl 19 punters with 70 punting start averaging 55 yards per punt, he has to nerf it because he didn't plan far enough ahead. When teams go 10 games between turnovers, he nerfs carrying and/or catching and/or force fumbles and/or sticky hands and/or changes the way one attribute affects another attribute.

Problem is that his nerfs are too extreme and you get drastic changes in the number of resulting sacks, interceptions, fumbles, broken tackles, long TDs, return TDs, dropped passes (the one that angers me more than the others), etc. The exceptional occurrence in real-life football is the rule in GLB.

It definitely keeps us on our toes, but a point will eventually come when long-time players are too fatigued from being forced to revamp plans (on top of scouting, training, and managing) every few games after Bort's drastic nerfs that they won't want to keep playing.

Very well put. Our kicker was 0/2 on PAT's today. Add to that 6 fumbles, and I am getting tired of this game real quick.

Very Well Put, and that is exactly where I sit right now. It is getting old and VERY time consuming trying to figure things out, and then quickly, things are changed. Now you are behind again and just lost hours trying to fix it. Very Frustrating to say the least!

Huh, we scored 10 points against you--We struggled to get 3 points against Euro. We are still rebuilding, and although we got a hiding, that is two games running your vaunted Running game has done didly squat against us

That's a really neat sound byte. But check again. Your defense scored 7 of those 10 pts and turned it over again deep in our territory where we held your offense to a FG.

Offensively you did jack shit. 85 total yards and -11 rushing yards. Good effort.

And who's to say we weren't even trying to run in that game? It was too easy to throw on you.
