NBSK has been in the conference finals for 3 straight seasons. We beat em the first time then the strikers and then new hampshire.

I know this, I have been on NBSK for 2 of those games

Everytime you say NBSK I think of a group of unheralded 17 year olds that appeared before 1,000 fans at the Arean Theatre in Houston TX in 1987 one night when I was a volunteer usher.

Anyway after the concert I asked them what they planned to do with their lives and they said they hoped the music thing would work out. I was only 16 myself at the time, but I thought those guys were idiots for believing they had any chance of hitting the big time.

As a similar thing this side of the ocean, my brother was in a medieval re-enactment society (drinking and smacking your friends with big lumps of metal FOR PROFIT ).

Well they played the local fair (Haigh Hall, nice big old manor house) and had to share a dressing room with 5 young lads doing one of their first gigs. They were apparently pretty cool and were of course, Take That.

I guess they'd be the same as NKOTB only with alot more longevity (they recently reformed and are having constant number 1 records again).

They aren't as fun as smacking folks with maces though

I was surprised how NBSK got thru our defense though. I thought our defense would be able to hold them back more than we did. All in all a good game!
