I don't know how close you've followed all of this, but it is my sincere belief that TT has been pushing him out the door for the last 3 seasons, both directly and indirectly. If you heard both Brett's brother's and agent's comments on the day Brett "decided" to retire, it was pretty obvious and removed any doubt that I had.

That's what I heard. The upper management pushed him out, gave him the lines to read at the press conference and everything. Look at the guy, do you actually think that he actually was ready to retire. Hell, I got him on my Fantasy Team and I've been quite happy with his performance so far. Green Bay was in uproar at his trade, calling for the heads of the management and coach. He's still got some decent years left, maybe not great years, but decent enough to play a starter on most teams.
