What position need it most and how high does it need to be for lineman in the 20-24 range?

The further outside you go, the more important it is. I think it's becoming super overrated for the O-Line. I see so many guards My level 25 guard has vision in the low 20's and he does just fine picking up the blitz, and he doesn't commit any penalties. My level 31 guard is about to hit 30 vision, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to leave it there once it does get there. Strength, blocking, and agility far and away the most important attributes for the O-line. I won't be capping my vision on any of my O-linemen until I have my strength and blocking 4 or 5 capped, and my agility 3 capped.

As a guard who pulls a lot, vision seems to be pretty important.

I'd train it and not skill point it.

Vision is the 3rd or 4th most important attribute for O-linemen, depending on the position.

4th most important attribute, behind Blocking, Strength and Agility.

I'd say that speed is more important for guards than vision, and confidence is probably as worthwhile as vision. Vision just isn't very important for Olinemen.

actually vision is only important if your team rush outside a lot.
