LG typically needs STR/BLK more than AGI/SPE/VIS because LG goes one on one with a DT more often. RG doubles NT with C many times.

LG plays the DT. So it's a one-on-one situation almost all the time.
RG helps out blocking the NT, RDE - and blitzer (on pass plays) / defender heading to tackle (on run plays).

I disagree, there are plenty of pass rushing DTs with high agility who'll blow right past a LG without the speed or agility to contain them. I feel like RG is more strength-based, since the RG double's the NT and almost every NT is a strengh-only build.
