our next game I am selling my team. Shit I have tried so hard to build it up and if we lose this must win game than I don't belong to be here.

Now now calm down, I have been the owner for going on 3 seasons now with the Wild and we haven't finished above .500 yet. That's what make this game fun is to try and build up a team. Looks like you know what you are doing so give it some time or everything to gel together.

Yeah, it takes time. We sat on a long losing streak before finally putting things together. A lot of people go through that, so keep plugging away.

Loch Ness started 6-10 in their first season. If you hit the right agents things can turn around quick. Keep plugging away and it will happen.

You know that avatar suits you well then. John Madden spoke in an interview a couple years ago about his first coaching gig, and he said he didn't think he deserved it either.
It doesn't take much to turn a team around. All it takes is a lot of dedication, and to know what your looking for. I got Lewisburg Day 5 of season 3 with all CPUs. I didn't have a full roster until the 6th or 7th game. We ended up winning 7 of our last 9 games. So keep your chin up. I think I had an advantage in turning my team around because there was still a level cap, but I think your a smart guy and can turn it into a playoff contender by next year if you work hard.

No problem, it's tough to turn a team around, especially after your team record has a ton of losses on it. And in an established league. You'll do fine,

Your team will become more competitive once your chemistry starts recovering I have no doubt. Low chemistry is killer, but once it works itself out you will have a quality team =)
