Did the owner jump ship? They have no QB. I say drop them to BBB, there chemistry is beyond repair.

I think a new owner just took over and is in the process of clearing out inactives and CPU players.

True, they had negative fifty total yards and their Kicker played Quarterack. However, the guy did complete 12 passes against us, so major props to the kicker!

228-0 How does a team have over 100 offensive plays from scrimmage in the game and lose 228-0. Something is ridiculously wrong. Taking nothing away from the Clan, more power to ya. It just doesn't make sense. Was everyplay a turnover for a score? Hang in there Diamond Raiders, you can get it working.

They punted over 25 times, so their average drive was only 4 plays long.

They should have put their biggest DT in at QB and just ran him every time

im of the opinion that this team could sku up the stats for the season when they hire some real players i mean hank l breaker got 300+ yrds on 18 carries because he played them early.

You gotta hate when a team does something to try and help their stats.

Those goddamned owners that take over gutted teams. They ruin everything!

That's why my suggestion for a new probowl format is so great. When you lobby for your HB, you can mention that Hank had a 300 yard gift from an easy team.


But honestly guys, this happens EVERY season. There's always a gutted team that improves over the year. It's easy for me to say since we got the cupcake win, but GLB never has perfectly balanced schedules because teams are in flux and this year really isnt any different than previous years.


Besides, we racked up 750+ rushing yards between two HBs because we split carries. Do you really think you wont be able to put up 300+ with your HB that doesnt split carries?

I was being sarcastic on the notion that it was a silly thing to gripe about. The new owners get a raw deal as they were probably expecting a capped team where they get an even start with everyone rather than getting thrown in a league several seasons ahead of that with nothing to go into battle with.

good points to all. and i do hope the diamond raiders get some talent and put a competitive team on the field this season.
