This player doesnt give up sacks, but he doesnt get pancakes either, im just not sure what i need to work on with the guy

pancakes at the LT position? not gonna happen, don't worry about it. And as for what to work on, str/blk could be better, and your agi will need to be much higher if you're playing level 30+ in the future.

If he doesn't give up sacks, the DEs are build poorly. So I'd worry about keeping ahead of the DEs:

- agility, speed, vision and SA Protect

at LT u wont get pancakes. worry abt keeping the QB sacked by focusing on agility, blocking, vision and SA Protect - thats a good skill cause it boost some other skills as well.

MY LT doesnt get many pancakes but he doesnt give up many sacks.

that is why i think sacks allowed should be a stat.
