I don't agree. The easier way to recruit is through networking. If you are willing to put in the work you can still get some decent recruits. I had to replace a lot of players this season and 80% were new agents. My entire defensive line was upgraded by new agents. Now finding backup Olineman has been a bitch.

I didn't have time to finish my thoughts since I had a paper due in 15 minutes.

I was also going to say that if you are a great recruiter, it is possible to come up with some solid players, but it is much easier to network.

oh, and we're having trouble trying to find a damn starting OT, so I feel you.
