how is it worked out?

Owners or a team rep rank the teams in their conference 1-15 excluding their own team. They send their votes via pm to somebody in charge who counts the votes and posts the rankings. A short blurb about each team can be included. These were done every 4 games.

Im willing to put my vote in if someone else wants to do the rankings.

I'm willing to put them together for Elephant conference. Just need people to submit them.

I used to be in charge of collecting these votes, but this season I won't have time. I gladly hand the reigns over to gretho.
