Are the other 15 owners of this season's promoted AA teams interested in a 16 team tourney? Thanks to the 2 free friendlies per season, only the final 4 would need to spend FP and the finalists would only need 50 SP to complete the tourney.

I'll probably try to figure out who the 16 promoted teams are soon, and start sending PMs. If we get enough commits, we'll just hand out bye games for a few teams instead of reducing to 8 or going to round-robin or something crazy.
