This idea has been around for a while and TSE was not the first to do it, he just tried to earn some money off of it. It was really just common sense and a lot of owners figured it out by themselves. I don’t like the idea since I feel it is taking advantage of a lot of naive team owners out there.
I have been flooded with these ridiculous trade offers my self, and rejected all of them. I am not going to waste my team’s cash on these players, when most likely they will not boost, will not do upgrades, will not be active on the team, and eventually will just leave the team after their contract is up. I don’t want players on my team because their owner wanted cash for their teams. It is hurting the team in the long run to pick these guys up, while the teams that are doing this are making a profit.
There is nothing wrong in doing this, and GLB has not tried to stop it. I will not build my team this way nor do I want to be a part of a team that does it this way. I’ll take my chances doing it my way.
