exactly but look at it this way, why not add a little more time to what owners do now, whats an extra hour or two when owners have so much free time on their hands now.

your sarcasm gets me all the time I got to schedule when to go out to dinner with my girl cuz I have so much time on my hands to play with boss.

Ok this the 30 human players is a ridiculous rule. It's always been an option to run a team from the CPU side of things and just concentrate on AI's and what not.

FROM A GUIDE IN THE FAQ's:
How much time do I have to put into owning a team?
-----a. This all depends on two factors, how much you want to put into a team and how many people you're willing to delegate the job to. It can range from a couple minutes a days to a few hours.
-----------i. You could run a team with all CPU's or with players that you made yourself. If you do that it'll be fairly easy to run the team because you don't have to communicate and deal with people. If you do this, you're missing out on a large chunk of what this game is about. If you choose to run a team like a community, with an active team forum and multiple users, you will have to put much more time and thought into it, but it will enhance your experience much more.
