exactly but look at it this way, why not add a little more time to what owners do now, whats an extra hour or two when owners have so much free time on their hands now.

No, I was making a point. I know what slowbuilding is, as Ive done it... I was making the point as to WHY a slow building team wouldnt be as competitive as a regular team in the same cap...

A slowbuilding team usually is very competitive inside of any capped league. If you aren't competitive while slowbuilding, you're doing it wrong.
