Some more interesting matchups this week.

#1 Salty Runback vs. #4 San Diego Sperm Whales

Interesting matchup here and potential game of the week. Salty barely escaped NW Storm after beating Erkner last ladder game and the Whales have had three easy matchups this season so this will be a change of pace for them. This one could go either way but I think Salty has the advantage for now. Salty wins 28-13.

#2 Northern Uprising vs. Saskatchewan Mountain Lions (journey)

Northern Uprising probably won't stay in the top 5 for long but they have beaten a journey team early this season. Now they have a 2-1 journey team who's ranking is probably a little inflated at the moment. This game might be close but I'll give Northern the edge 21-17.

#3 EEA 2.0 vs. Delaware Jaguars (journey)

EEA has looked solid so far this season with a good win against Bloody last ladder game. Now they play an inactive 2-1 journey team. Since they're inactive I'm giving EEA the advantage 24-6.

#5 PORN vs. Freakville Swampcats (journey)

PORN has some pretty bad luck with this draw. They play a 1-2 journey team but they're a very good 1-2 journey team that has given the top teams in journey very hard games. Last season they lost to Hawaii by 10, BSB by 9, and Erkner by 1 in the playoffs. That's a tall task to ask of PORN this early in the season. If PORN can pull this one off it'll be extremely impressive but I think it'll be a close loss. Freakville wins 28-24.

#5 No Name vs. Weisswasser Turnovers (journey)

While PORN has a difficult journeyman matchup No Name has an easy one. A journey team that has scored 7 points in 3 games? Give me No Name 35-0.

#5 Orlando Predators vs. #17 Bloody Slaughterhouse

Bloody should easily knock Orlando out of the undefeated club. Bloody wins 30-7.

#8 Tosche Station Grenadiers vs. #18 Buffalo Billy Boys

Interesting matchup where I'm really not sure who to pick. Neither team has really played anybody worth much this season. Both teams have also struggled to this point to stay in the top 15-20 since rookie so let's see what happens. I'll take Buffalo to win 21-13.

#8 Virgins vs. Miami Sharktopus (journey)

Virgins have a pretty tough 1-2 journeyman draw. Might not be on the level of PORN's draw but it's pretty close. Seeing as how Virgins are all run I'm going to go with Miami (assuming they gameplan correctly). Miami wins 24-18.

#10 Fire Breathing Sharks vs. #21 Washington Sentinels

Sharks get one of the easier draws this week against the Sentinels. Since Washington isn't an all run team then Sharks shouldn't have much to worry about. Sharks win 35-3

#10 Portland Ronin vs. Rock City Mayhem (journey)

And the final undefeated team in the Ronin plays a 2-1 journey team. Going to be a tough game for Portland to get much ground here and unless they can move the ball consistently I don't think they'll win. Rock City wins 24-10.

I mean no disrespect to this tier or to Northern Uprising, but Saskatchewan is a pretty good J-Man team. Should be interesting.

Only good thing about being all-run is that there are a ton of plays I can abuse to try and catch shitty journeyman teams with their pants down. If they gameplan even a little Im screwed tho

edit: welp considering miami is also an all run team Im pretty much fucked

I accidently scrimmed Miami at the end of last season. Their offense isn't that great.

It is what it is.

GG Salty, pretty much shut my TE out (which I expected but hoped wouldn't happen)

GG Bloody. I wish I had been able to set up my tactics/playbooks for you. Not saying I would've won... but it may have been closer. I can't wait for this move to be over so I can get on proper Internet and from a more comfortable location. Two more days...

GG Sperm Whales. We got the late stop we needed when it mattered most, very tight game the whole way.
