Umm are you sure that's what they have? Did you build them after the change to SP costs? Or do they just "show" those numbers?

This though is why my builds are open. However unless yours are too, no one else can chime in with a thought. What skills of yours are LOWER than mine? That should be the next question.

GG Mannheim. Was a close one. The OT runs were brutal - showing that the huge OT Buff by putting them in inside runs was critical.

Now - if they could only fix the rest of the run game...

I don't own all my players so I can't just leave my builds open for all to see.

That being said, I'll fill you in right now.

First of all, every single one of our OLinemen and TEs have Gold Pancake Chef & Get Low and Silver Beat Down.

Gs and Ts across the board has between 80 and 90 RBT, 65-80 RBP, 50-60 consistency, 70-80 intim, 50+ conditioning and 40+ toughness. We decided to skimp a little on cond/tough since we had 4 OTs and 4 OGs as opposed to 3 of each. Our C has 95 RBT, 80 RBP, 70 snap reaction, 75 intim, almost 70 conditioning and 60 consistency & toughness. Our two main TEs (just added a third that hasn't been building with the team since day 1) are at 86/75 RBT/RBP, 80 intim, 55 consistency. One is at 65/55 tough/cond, the other is at 40/50. Our WRs (all 3 of them) have 79 run block tech, 56 run block power, 38 consistency (blocking WRs are weird to build), 50 cond/tough and 63 intim.

Comparing to your players. Again, I'll give you that your Boy DT Run and Boy DE Run should probably have an advantage over our players since they're similar in technique and have higher power.

Boy DE Combo has 69 BRB, 52 HG, 71 consistency, 75 toughness and 77 intim. So he can handle losing and he does some damage when he wins. That being said though, at 69/52 BRB/HG, he's going against our tackles who are at 90/70, 85/75 and 89/67 respectively. That should be a fucking mismatch. A nearly 20 point difference in both categories and yet it led to a stalemate: 2 cakes, 2 revcakes, plus plays like this (http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/203416/215828) where he got matched up with an 89/79 tech/power guard with Gold chef+get low and just slid off the block like it was nothing. This DE's only run defense SA is Shed Block, which is Gold, sure, but it's also running off a mere 69 BRB as opposed to our blockers with Gold Pancake Chef and 90 tech, or Gold Get Low and 67/70/75/79 power. Shit just isn't working.

Look at that same play, too. Look at the CB/WR interaction. The CB has 74 BRB, which is very respectable, but the motherfucker only has 10 hold ground. What the fuck do you call that little shove where he moves our 79/56 WR back a full yard, TWO TIMES IN A ROW. So now only is he consistently breaking the block despite fairly even technique scores, but he's shoving the blocker back despite almost a 50 point power disadvantage? Fuck that noise.

Yeah, GG to you too. I'm still trying to find the new sweet spot (if there is one) with the run game after the changes, the off-tackle runs can be nice but the the all-run offense is still pretty bad overall in my opinion.

Also, it didn't help that I forgot to change my DEs from evasive to power after playing run heavy Ronin last game, my pass rush was pretty non existent especially from the Blitzing LBs.

Noticed that too - your DEs kept running into your LBs during the Over Will blitzes and whatnot. Was weird.

There will be at least one rematch - looking forward to that

Salty barely escaping against NW Storm. Only 13 points against a zone D is very bad for a balanced offense. Little confusing beating Erkner one day and barely scrapping by the next in league play

It seems salty just struggle against NW storms (lost last year and won by 5 points) so times teams just match up well, maybe this is the case here

Maybe, but I would think the top couple teams should be able to distinguish themselves from the rest of the tier, regardless of matchups for the most part.

not quite true. no name has struggled against deadman oddessey. there will always be teams that may not be top tier but will still matchup just right with certain teams.

Normally I would disagree with you because generally the top teams in tiers are head and shoulders above everyone else. However, this tier is pretty special in that we're a good 10-15 teams strong.

Not so fast jfbueno, Dredgar could be right. I dont think that anyone would dispute that up in vet Winnipeg Wrath is a team that is 'head and shoulders' better then the San Antonio Gunslingers, but this game keeps producing Gunslinger upsets every season...

My NW Storms team is hit and miss. We can beat the good teams, but lose to middle of the road teams. Sometimes people underestimate my team. I know I drove Absolut crazy last season with our wins. It drove me crazy with our losses.
