I know that there is a long history between the two of you, but I do think you read more into his quotes then Asmo intended. Basically he was willing to accept that our victory over Marseille was partially if not mostly luck; until you also won, implying that Marseille isn't as strong now as they had been at the beginning of the season. Either of us winning could have been luck, but they shouldn't have lost to both of us unless something had changed.

so let me get this straight! you beat them and its a righteous hard fought win. we beat them and there must be something wrong with Marseille? it couldnt be that we got better or , i dont know, changed tactics? game planned for them, went out and beat them fair and square? you also said that they were a better team than us in your pre-game analysis, which wasn't true even on paper.....we were dead even.....be careful sir some might get the idea that you're alaysis might be slightly skewed.....

As promised I didnt drag this into season 4 talk, wouldn't want to get in the way of all that information! the same information that has us currently in 10th place, when in reality......well go look for yourselves.

If you had paid any attention, i thought they beat both us and you.
If you had paid more attention you would see they didn't do well against Port St Lucie which instead of crushing, had to fight hard to take the win.
From their results earlier they should have been better, hence why theres something weird going on with them.

i did "pay attention". if you had paid attention you might have noticed that the numbers did not bear out your statements that they were a better team than us. if you had stuck to the facts you might have known that, instead of letting your own feelings get in the way.
.....did you ever stop to consider that we may have actually gotten better? did it ever even occur to you that maybe they just didn't improve over the course of the season? that maybe they stuck to the same game plan all year and maybe, just maybe, teams figured it out? those things probably never even entered your mind because then you would have had to give credit when its due (especially to us) and that's not your style. We were not surprised by the out come. We knew we could win that game and we did.

....and maybe you're defending a guy who isnt worth defending???? i understand he's your team mate but the guy keeps proving that his boundless douchery is only matched by bottomless deficiency of sportsmanship.
