MLA and Asmodan im sorry you have a whiner for a gm. let him know if he didnt spend so much time typing on the forums and copying and pasting replays he might have had a couple seconds to set tactics i guess i should hurry off and compile my list of replays i dont understand because im not the tactician i thought i was and list all the broken tackles we had and tackles for a loss. I feel for you MLA and Asmodan let him know i have some humble pie if he's still hungry. so to you Asmodan and MLA i say great game. your buddy Almighty has been weighed on the scales and found wanting.

thanks for the kind words Asmodan i enjoy reading all the predictions. too bad Cork City gets to feel the wrath Bow Street has wrought. i hope we can meet again so i can leave absolutely no doubt who was the better team in almighty's mind, instead of experimenting with new plays next time ill go straight for the throat.

Same old Bow Street.......
Hey Bur I'm storm and while i appreciate your dislike for the runners we want to be disliked and targeted for wrath on our own merits.
we look forward to the challenge of playing your team and we hope to give you a good run for your money, as well as, a good show for our fans. Believe me when I say we at Cork City never make excuses and we never back down......so with that, I will only say do your worst! see you on the field.

1) No excuses. The Stars beat us fair and Square. My posts seem to have been misinterpreted by the Stars' owner. he clearly read what he wanted to read not what I actually wrote.

2) your bitterness warms our cold hearts Storm,. Your primary merit seems to be getting irritated at us Runners daring to have opinions that don't match your own.

Obviously his childhood as allready left him as a bitter young man, who can not stand people who has right with their opinion.

Oh and Thads was clearly just analysing some plays, he never said South Yorkshire wasn't best.

For clarity: Asmodan called me "Thads" because it is the name of my LB on the Runners, and a name I use on another couple of forums.

As usual you have got it backwards......i don't give two raunchy toilet bombs about your opinions......that they often clash with reality, thats a different story. I can see how your teams blinding hatred for us might taint your view of things. (how did asmodan put it?) "you are the only team i despise". For us it's mind over matter, we don't mind because you don't matter......

Probably because you need a mind first before anything can matter.....

b_bur and I settled our differences via PM. All the sort of misunderstanding that message boards cause with the lack of body language and inflection putting statements in context.

So I'm really looking forward to seeing SYS wipe the floor with Cork tommorrow. I have absolutely zero doubt they will dissappoint us.

Well over to business then.

Round 5 predictions:

Alpha:

IKK Fu - Sweden (IKK Fu impressed enormously against Marseille, so Sweden don't stand a chance here i'm afraid.)
Belfast - Belgian (Belgian managed a huge upset last game, while Belfast is continuing strong as ever. Though i don't look away from the possibility of yet another upset, i think Belfast will prove to strong here.)
South Yorkshire - Cork (Cork still only got 1 win as i "unobjectivly" predicted, and what they bragged about wouldn't happen. South Yorkshire is still doing great, beating several playoff contenders. So South Yorkshire really should win this or i personally will kick their ass in disgust)
Southriding - Port St Lucie (Port St Lucie seems to be a relegation team this season while Southriding only lost against the conference favourite. Easy win for Southriding)
Marseille - Lyon (This one got harder as Marseille got crushed by IKK Fu, while Lyon stumbled against Belgian. Also Marseille seems to have better players, but less depth than Lyon making this game very unpredictable.
I'm gonna say Marseille wins, but its gonna be very close and i might very well be wrong.)
Glasgow - Spaniards (Glasgow is one of the top teams this season, while Spaniards has 4 straight loss and even lost towards Belgrade. Glasgow definetly should win this one)
Limerick - Bow Street (We haven't been as good as last season so far, while Limerick has played as expected. In fact i'm more uncertain about our skills than Limerick but i'm going with Bow Street wins as i think we are better.)
Belgrade - Reykjavik (Belgrade just got a surprise win, while reykjavik is down at relegation. This looks like another close game, and my guess goes to Reykjavik as they seem to have a small advantage)

Zeta:

London - Tranmere (London has swept away any opposition so far, while Tranmere barely lost to Buffalo only. Though Tranmere do have a shot, London is clear favourites to win this game.)
Buffalo - Munich (Munich has started really well, but now it will stop as Buffalo is just to strong and will win this.)
Rome - Leeds (Romes will massacre conference jumbo Leeds.)
Kilkenny - Fighting Irish (Kilkenny should take an easy win against Fighting Irish)
Shamrocks - Athen (Shamrocks is clearly not as good as last season, but Athen has so far been chancelesss against other playoff contenders, so Shamrocks should win this easily.)
Vatican - Drunken (With loss against Munich it might start to look bad for Vatican if they also lose this. While this is also an important game for Drunken. This seems to be a real close game, but my guess is Drunken)
Nola - Koln (Koln has so far 4 straight losses, and seeing how Nola crushed Fighting Irish who again defeated Koln, Nola should win this one eaisly also.)
Walthamstow - Phoenix (Walthamstow massacres Phoenix)

GG Beer. Your passing game is killer.

30/41 for 4 TDs and no ints against a previously undefeated team isn't too bad. This wont be the last time the Beers pull off a big upset this season...

It's not the QB, it's the receivers...
