Season 59 Tiger League Predictions

The Program and House Party will battle it out for Alpha Division supremacy. I do not expect much competition from the CPU Columbus United or Tulsa Billy Goats.

In Beta, I expect to see DallasCowboyFan’s Midnight Vegas Snow Leopards (where the hell does he come up with these names???) win the division although he should be challenged by Zoey’s constantly improving Chaos Warriors. I do not expect much competition from the CPU Oklahoma City Vampires or Baltimore Stags.

The reigning Tiger League Champions, the Grape Apes, will claim ownership of the Gamma Division. Nebraska needs more consistency in order to compete for the Wildcard even more for the division. I do not expect much competition from the CPU Boise Wasps or New Jersey Massacre.

I predict that we will see The Program, House Party, Snow Leopards and Grape Apes in the playoffs. The reigning champs will be the favorites to repeat but the others are chomping at the bit to knock em off of their pedistal.

Week 1 Match ups

CPU Columbus United at CPU Tulsa Billy Goats
One of these two CPU teams will get their first W of the season. Truth be told…I don’t think anyone will be watching this one or cares tremendously about the outcome.

House Party at The Program
Week 1 Game of the Week. These two teams are all too familiar with playing in GotWs. This should live up to the billing Last season, there was only a 9 point difference between the two in their 2 games. The Program leads the series 2 - 0. Hopefully home field advantage and some continued RNG luck will lead to another W for the Program, but House Party is hungry . HP did something that The Program was not able to do last season…beat the Apes.

CPU Oklahoma City Vampires at Chaos Warriors
Zoey’s Warriors should kick off the season with a W against this CPU squad. I will be watching and routing for you Zoey!

CPU Baltimore Stags at Midnight Vegas Snow Leopards
An early W for DallasCowboyFan’s Snow Leopards in what should be a boring and dominating game for MV.

Grape Apes at CPU New Jersey Massacre
The Apes’ running game is going to literally trample New Jersey in a massacre. Expect Slombo #5 to run wild in this one, on his way to a second offensive MVP title?

CPU Boise Wasps at Nebraska Cornhuskers
These Wasps don’t sting. Even the Cornhuskers' anemic offense should be able to put up enough points to win easily against this CPU squad. HB Cory Ross should have a big day.

Week 2 Tiger League Matchups

The Program at CPU Tulsa Billy Goats
The Program should bully the CPU Billy Goats. Can S* HB Darnell Jefferson have a third straight 200+ yards and 2+ TD game?

Columbus United at House Party
House Party deserves this one after two tough matches against The Program and Bay Area’s Best Builds. I am expecting a big day for S* HB Rough Draft and S* WR Zilla.

Midnight Vegas Snow Leopards at Chaos Warriors
The Game of the Week, as it should be. Both teams have looked good in both of their early season matches. I think that Zoey’s Warriors will provide a challenge for the Snow Leopards but experience will put DallasCowboyFan’s crew over the top.

CPU Oklahoma City Vampires at CPU Baltimore Stags
CPU on CPU action. Not as interesting as it sounds…unless you are into that kinda thing.

Nebraska Cornhuskers at CPU New Jersey Massacre
The Cornhuskers should /better beat this CPU crew from New Jersey. If the Cornhuskers don’t win then there are definitely issues in Nebraska.

Grape Apes at CPU Boise Wasps
The Apes had a scare versus New Jersey, as their offense did their best rendition of the Cornhusker offense. It is a damn good thing for the Apes that their defense is impenetrable. Teams can’t beat ya if they can’t score on ya. Another W for those damn Apes. The score doesn’t really matter. A W is a W.

The second week in a row that The Program is matched up with another CPU squad. Last week S* HB Darnell Jefferson ran for 287 yards and 8 TDs. I predict that we will see more of the same, in Darnell’s quest for the offensive MVP.

0-2 CPU Tulsa Billy Goats at 1-1 House Party
Last week, The Program put the hurt on the Billy Goats while House Party partied all over Columbus. S* HB Rough Draft should be primed for a BIG day!

2-0 Midnight Vegas Snow Leopards at 0-2 CPU Oklahoma City Vampires
I expect QB Vail La Croix to lead the Snow Leopards in their continued Beta Division dominance with a decisive victory over the CPU Vampires.
