Just so I understand- each team is actually only drafting 3 players total? 1 Player per round with a total number of 3 rounds.

I think it was worded strangely in the OP. We should be drafting full teams, not just 3 players.

Teams can draft until they have had their fill and are done drafting...when I said 1 round per day, that was just a guideline to go by because we really had no idea how many teams and players would enter the draft...I'm very happy at the turnout so far so some information will be updated...pending how fast we go through Round 1, we may do round 2 and round 3 the same day then add more rounds over the last 2 days of the offseason as well...if more rounds are needed we'll extend the amount of rounds we go...the more players get drafted the better, I'm committed to this so I don't mind how long it takes until we're done with the draft.
