2. 335 Man OLB Fire (100)
3. 425 2 Man Under (74)
4. 4-4 Zero Edge Blitz (66)
5. 416 2 Man Under (65)

These 5 plays account for 32% of all sacks. There were 124 defensive plays that resulted in a sack.

If we break it up by down....

1. 335 DAG 3rd down (62)
2. 335 Man OLB Fire 3rd down (47)
3. 335 DAG 1st down (35)
4. 4-4 Zero Edge Blitz 3rd down (34)
5. 416 2 Man Under 3rd down (30)

Last but not least sacks for downs

1. 3rd Down (591)
2. 1st Down (355)
3. 2nd Down (324)
4. 4th Down (46)



What formation were you up against when you got those sacks?

For the first few games, some people were just unwilling to give up the 5WR long passing plays until they got DAGGED hard.

It is a lot less about the formations and a lot more about what plays per formation you are using and your QB tactics.

8/15 leagues had a repeat winner. And one of those other leagues was won by a team that won a now-defunct league - only 6 teams won that didn't already have a gold trophy.

Sounds like not enough upsets to me!

Doesn't really pertain to just long, medium, short though. There are short plays that suck and medium/long plays that don't get sacked. It's a play by play thing.
