doubt it. would just lead to tons of re-rolling of cpus until you got some attempt at a "good" cpu.

I seem to remember Corndog or Bort mentioning that on the test server. If you cut a CPU player that player will be the next available so you actually have to wait long enough for someone else to snag the guy you don't want.
