Exactly. Support should've told P@nda "LOLNO", dropped his gutted team out of World League and moved up whatever team was next-in-line.

Looks like he tried to hold the threat of a gutted or non-competitive team in the WL over the mods heads and they folded.
It is asinine. Not saying that their reasoning was good or right, only that it worked (hopefully, just for now).
I think their either start at fully gutted chem or demote them and bring up the team they beat in the CCG. Only way to deal with it.
