Since there are still 8 pro leagues, 16 will still go up (all the conference winners will go up) and 16 WL teams will come down.... but into only 4 pro leagues!

Then they will trim the fat from the 8 pro leagues to cut them down to 4.

So the transition will start this offseason, but CCG losers won't be moving up until after season 31.
