Partly yes, but we still have to win the games put in front of us as the rankings stand.
The voters just need to take their jobs more seriously imo rather than voting for the top 2-3 and throwing the rest in from the league page.
Prime example is Razorback Nation. While they may be a great team, they had an early schedule that was really favorable and that led to them being ranked higher than say ALS who (imo) is the best team in Zeta.

We had a private scrim? We played in a tourny with crap vs the Hedges, if that's what you're talking about. We don't even have the same guy running the offense.
