How? I think it shows if your player is good or not. No, you should never say somebody is bad just because of that. However your FS has not many picks, no sacks, no forced fumbles and very few PDs. What makes him real good? He's three levels higher then the cap as well, why isn't he making plays?

Let me teach you what it is. IT IS BASED ON WHERE YOU PUT YOUR SP'S IN COMPARISON TO OTHER PLAYER, AT YOUR POSITION, so while other CB's loaded their Speed up I spreaded mine around. And it worked cause he has done great.

So once again ask any good agent and ask them if the effective level means anything. Theyll say NO you dumb shit.
