I really dislike the points allowed tiebreaker. I think it should be margin of W/L vs. the teams you are tied with...like Bolick said.

Removing HHW because I think they'll finish 10-6 not 9-7, I also wouldn't count against Bonn beating MoD because of the lack of care by MoD for the game.

Bonn Dynamo (2-2)
L - Marblehead Longhorns
W - Providence Radicals
L - Monmouth Evil Monkeys
W - Buffalo Rampage

Which would mean Providence, Bonn and MHL would be in.

Points allowed as of now:

Bonn - 302
Marblehead - 337
Providence - 347
Monmouth - 419
Buffalo - 438

Monmouth and Buffalo's only shot is for some upsets to happen. Monmouth needs Bonn and HHW to lose. Buffalo needs Bonn to beat MoD.

if Buffalo beats Marblehead there will be 5 teams at 9-7 more than likely - some one figure out the tiebreakers for that one lol.

It's 6, unless some other big upset happens
Bonn
MHD
MEM
HHW
Providence
Buffalo

First 4 have 3 wins, 2 losses. Prov and Buffalo are 2-3 (assuming Buffalo beats MHD). That puts those 2 out.

Then I *think* it's points allowed amongst the other 4... but I don't know if there's a 2nd round of head to head. Current points allowed standings is Bonn, MHD, MEM, HHW.

If MHD beats Buffalo and the rest plays out, there's a 4-way at 9-7. MEM/Bonn get in the playoffs due to being 2-1 vs. the other 3.

Uhm, I think HHW would have to lose to the Garudas for either situation. I don't see it. I think MEM is out unless a miracle happens.

I sir believe in Miracles

Agreed, but in this case I think the two would actually result in the same teams.

That encourages running up the score on gutjobs, which is why they didn't use it.

How? Margin of victory ONLY vs. the teams you are tied with...how is that not best?

So it would just count the points discrepancy in games among the tied teams.
