You've only had one close game, and in that one you ran for 211 yards in large part because of 96 pancakes. Look, you didn't ask for Bort to make this happen, but it's indisputable that the Blaze have benefited inordinately from whatever change he made. You guys have the magic formula this season.

I don't know if it is the magic combo as much as our builds. Our worst offensive linemen has a better build than most teams best player, the talent gap is huge and I'm not bragging, it is just a fact.

I've also been saying that WRs and the passing game are garbage for seasons now. If the passing game worked then our receivers would be excelling just as much because we have an pretty incredible group of wideouts but they just got shitted on even more in this sim.

Our QB has the best build in the game but it is going to waste because of the passing game.

Our Secondary is amazing, to put it in perspective, one of the players that didn't make the cut for the Blaze went to another top 5 WL team and is the teams top CB, another CB that didn't make the Blaze or Cs teams went to Monmouth. We have the best FS in the game and our LB core is playing lights out. We don't have a single weak spot on the team and our backups are probably built better than any other teams starters at every single position. Then on top of it all Blln just really understands dots. I used to and still do for some stuff but he put a lot of work getting the team rolling.

So while the running part of the sim "fell into our hands" it did so only because it is the strong part of the sim this season and it just shows up more. If the passing game was worth a shit people would see just how amazing players like Dwayne Wade, Woody Forrest, Ramsey Lewis and PHR are. On top of it all we have a player like Ghetto Heisman mentoring.

What exactly are you basing that on? 11 players already have 150 or more pancakes not even two-thirds of the way through this season (only 6 total at the end of last season).

A lot of that comes from special teams.

Special teams does not get factored into the pancake totals, actually.

Here's my proof:

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=979852

39 pancakes registered for the Blaze, 39 pancakes taken by MPHD defenders.

However, Stuff Happens, Suff Doer and Senor Ocho *only* play special teams...and account for 10 pancakes. Prototype X might see a defensive play or two, but most likely took his one pancake on St as well.

Am I wrong?

I think so. They got pancaked 10 times, and the guys who play S.T's for us do not even have 10 total pancakes in that game from what I can tell..so showing how many times they got pancaked=/=special teams factoring into total pancakes.

Yeah, I realized this after..but field goals and PATs still don't = all specials. Def. not working as intended though I'd assume. Having our starters on the FO/PAT squad though def. threw me off quite a bit.
