Indeed it does.

Halifax merged with 0 CPL teams, it just so happened that when teams folded, a majority of their best players went to Halifax. But none folded with the explicit reason of mergaments in mind.

Asheme, they didn't fold to merge but they planned to merge when they decided to fold...at least that's what happens on the 2 teams I was apart of that joined up with Halifax.

Saying USA have more quality teams than other regions =/= than other regions not having good teams.

Yeah, but the attitude is that the other leagues are garbage. Not all but several USA teams. They aren't as strong top to bottom, but they have some great teams. No need to dis the world.
