The admin would not have made a Game Recaps thread if they didn't want people posting highlights in it. Unfortunately, numbers aren't very fun to look at and little circles on pixel football fields are.

Highlights are fine, what's been done with Tea Baggins since his creation is far more, and you know it. And yes, anyone with actual interest in GLB pays attention to the top leagues (generally the Pro Leagues). This doesn't mean they scan over all games, but they check stat leaders on occasion and maybe look at the box score of big match-ups. And I assure you a guy like Tea Baggins is watched rather closely, both by haters looking for reasons and lovers of him doing the same.

So to rephrase it, the people that actually matter in GLB pay attention to top leagues, top players, and top stories (all of which bring you to Tea Baggins among omany others in GLB).

Exactly, nobody pays close in depth attention. Seeing a guy on top of SA Pro in rushing yards tells you very little about them. Thus, for the players that everybody cares about most, threads like these are needed to revive interest in them from time to time.

It's just like an in depth Sports Illustrated article on Brett Favre or someone

Whether or not Tea Baggins is the best HB in GLB can be debated but I would suggest that he is the most famous HB in GLB. He is the master of self promotion!
