Someone needs to look up the term "median" in the dictionary and then apply that correctly in order to provide clear announcements that don't add to the mass confusion.

Our A league cpnference has 6 or 7 maybe more teams with 40's and up as starters and the rest to 25-35. Thats still not fair IMO.

Seems like the promotion is more like a penalty for keeping your team together. There is no way we can be competitive unless we go out and sign a bunch of lvl 40 guys, and that's just not the way I want to run my team. I would love to see a shuffle so we can actually have competitive games week after week rather than just coast through the season and accept being 10-6 since regardless of gameplanning we don't stand a chance when we're outleveled by 15.

Anyone think the idea of "Dynasty Leagues" maybe this would work, seems like alot of people get their friends together and make level 13 teams and grow them from there. Why not from now on start a seperate column of leagues ala casual, pee wee, call them Dynasty Leagues have longer minium contracts, make it for teams that dont want to recruit much and if they do they'd recruit in their level range. Now they'd probably need reshuffled every season but it'd still be of the same level . IDK its late I think something like that could work, maybe.
