Someone from this league and someone from SAPL will work together to determine matchups. The person from APL that organizes it for you guys should be making a list of who is participating and discuss with the OP.
Figure out who your rep is.

who wants represent APL? I could be the messenger between leagues. If SAPL wants to get a representitive we could get together some time soon... rank our teams and create a small tourney. 1 game per team, league with the most wins is proclaimed champion of the southern hemisphere lol
