Haha have you read the books Brit? Romance of the Three kingdoms is a great series and I love the games as well (Dynasty Warriors for all you nubs out there).

D= Non-US Generals

No time period restrictions and the term non-us general seems to be a bit ambiguous, but dont try to stretch it to far.

I still play Romance II and III on my nes and snes all the time. I love those games

I'm an oddball - I always played the old ROT3K games with a created ruler, and was always desperate for officers at the beginning - and would almost always get Han Hao early on. He sucked, but he was a warm body, and over time he became my favorite ROT3K general.
