Vols, im under 25 and im fully capable of being mature in all this, but i do agree that less than half a dozen of this board's participants should even be speaking because they cant handle themselves in a proper debate.

you obviously dont understand logic. you cant be a hypocrite if u accept SOME higher level players from less than Pro teams while disapproving of MASS amounts of higher levels from pro leagues coming in. in case you dont understand, that means you're wrong in trying to call him a hypocrite based on what you've said.

You have no case, we are just getting better while your team is standing still. Go out and make some trades. I have a good corner that St.Catherines might trade ya for. that is the real issue here...you want your team to move up but another team has been able to upgrade and it lessens your chances.

and the different divisions don't mean anything once the caps are lifted. look at USA; the majority of teams, from BBB to Pro, have lvl 30+ players. the same thing is happening with Canada now and will happen to the rest of the leagues as the caps are lifted.

Were any of you complaining when Yellowknife could not compete? Did any of you offer to help when we struggled? If not, keep your complaints now to yourself. The object of the game is winning, do what you can to win. We brought in new GMs and new players to make the team better. We accomplished that and it shows, you all are scared now. We used to be a push over but now we are a threat. Wouldn't it have been easier to say "Good job on building a good team Yellowknife. We're gonna find a way to beat you." That would have kept this from getting out of hand and causing hard feelings between people who have been in the same league for a while.

Yes the goal is to move up BUT not by taken mass quantities of players within the same region and dropping them 2 levels to a team that wasn't as good.

And for the matter of fact, I'm not upset that you guys are good, I am looking forward to playing Yellowknife. I want to play competition. I wanted to be moved up in the realignment, not down, like Manitoba virtually was....with their 19 wins in the two previous seasons.

When I played college baseball, I hated going and playing the NAIA schools or scrimmaging the lower leveled JR Varsity's. I wanted to play at Lyndsay Nelson Stadium against an SEC Team or a team.

I understand improving the Yellowknifes, but I disapprove of the way it happened.

it's an "open" league...the level of the players don't matter....you really want to keep people who know each other from being on the same team? that's absurd! it's a game we all enjoy playing, and it's even more enjoyable when you can be on the same team with people you know.

why are you so hard pressed to take the fun out of a game?

But you guys are taken the fun out of the game at the expense of 10 other teams that have absolute no chance of beating you....its Canada A.....that has a one year old BBB league that gets promoted into it....

and it's not any different than what happened in USA.

I thought you were done with this? You say this is Canada A, but we have a really good chance to improve to AA. And if we waited until we advance there is no way we would be competitive. And if that is the case then we would just throw the playoffs. We dont want to go to a league where we are going to lose 10 games. That is no fun when we dont improve the team enough to be a good team.

So we brought them in from Canada but it was what 11 players? Out of 44? And many of them were positions like FB, OL, TE that are far less important than others. For example look at our CBs. I know I am biased but I think my CB is the best of the group. He is as much as 10 levels lower than some of the others. Levels mean nothing and we brought in guys to the team that would help us compete now that wanted to play in a Canada league.

And about the trade, if you call BS then you clearly dont know me. Yes we have tons of money and that is why I can take a chance on bringing in someone and cutting the loss. We are always trying to improve the Fire, moreso than we ever tried to do here. And I saw a lot of teams go 5 WRs and regardless of that WRs level, his build is better than your WRs lol. Not to mention we had 1 WR that was going to quit the game until I helped him change his opinion. So yes for a minute I thought we needed a WR.

But the Mules and I dont need to explain ourselves to you. This is a stupid argument. We didnt break any rules and we have built together a great team one way or another and when we advance we will still be a competitive team in the next league. That is the goal of this game. And if you want to place some unwritten ethical code on this game or live by a certain thing fine. But keep that to yourself. Dont be like some religious zealot pushing some invisible "right" way to play this game.

Chris and I have played for and owned/GM enough winning teams to know what to do in this game. You on the other hand have no trophies and by the way you talk you clearly dont get it. This is an online football MMO. If you want to build a team and keep it together to get a dynasty or whatever you have as this perfect picture in your head, then go play madden vs the CPU.

Otherwise get over yourself, try to improve your team, get ready for Yellowknife to beat you, and next season you can repeat Canada A2.

Its not necessarily the issue with the high level players. Its that the high level players are in Canada A#2 where their is so much disparity that its ridiculous. We have about 6 games a year we actually need to game plan for.....

Yes, it is the issue with high level players. Because you sir, are a hypocrite. You somehow think that Chris bringing in high level players from a Pro league is any worse than you having high level players from a NON pro league. Builds aside, a lvl 30+ nonpro player = a lvl 30+ pro player. Seeing as this is a game, there is no "experience" gained from playing in a higher league. Either release all your high level players or stop complaining.
