Going 13-3 and losing in the 2nd round of the playoffs, thus failing to get promoted. Last time I checked, you're still right here. Perhaps if you did something like, oh I don't know, win your conference/league, then I might be willing to listen. I did hear a story about this owner that is incredibly sad. I won't share it publicly because I'm sure the person who told me wouldn't want me to, but I have no respect for the guy. It's far more sad than anything I've ever heard in GLB, but the person who told me is a really good guy.

Now to turn this topic into something useful.

Indy or pittsburgh? I took a bet on pittsburgh in another game. I didn't know about Big Ben possibly not playing, but it's hard for me to take Indy when they're playing against the steelers in their home. When the steelers are known for a tough defense and Indy seems to be struggling (compared to how they have played in the past few seasons).

At least it'll give me something to watch either way though, since it's clear that the lions are just cruising to the 1rst overall pick and pre-season champs again next season.

EDIT: however I have horrible luck and therefore now expect Indy to win.

Pittsburgh by 10.

Sorry I think you misunderstood me. I meant I heard a story about Ahoda that's just...Incredibly sad (not in the boo hoo way, but rather "wow, how could someone act like that over a game?"). Think ALS vs BDB in season 4, but somehow incredibly worse. It has very little to do with me though so I'd like to leave it there.

I wasn't even involved in that (it was a battle of GM's) but I have been on the internets long enough (read: I'm old) to say that was child's play compared to some other stuff I have seen not only on GLB but outside of here.
